Whether liaising from ready available customer drawings or measuring from green field sites, our sales team will be on hand to assist your standard or bespoke requirements. Sales & Administration All CAD generated proposal drawings / design layouts, specifications and quotations from the initial stages are matched to provide the customer with the most cost efficient engineered solution, not just in the short term but with medium and long term Spares, Maintenance and Environmental objectives carefully considered. Design & Manufacturing All designs and documentation are computer aided with a dedicated in house design and purchasing team, (we have a deliberate policy of limiting sub-contractors allowing tighter control and a higher level of specific expertise), ensuring that only correctly matched components of the finest quality are delivered to our shop floor. CTM operate an in-house documented supplier system ensuring material traceability if requested. The majority of all CTM fabricated items have Mill Certificates and are delivered laser-profiled ensuring high tolerances of sub-assembled components. During manufacture, assembly and testing, all parts are checked and re-checked to ensure the finest possible finished product. All equipment (where applicable) is fully dry tested in our works prior to dispatch. Quality Assurance CTM personnel are regularly trained and operate a comprehensive Health & Safety Policy, Sub-contractors Vetting Policy and an Environmental Policy. We are also an Equal Opportunities Employer. All equipment is supplied with a comprehensive Operators Manual of which the above documentation is included.
